Common questions
What is the difference between drop-off and setup?
With setup we deliver everything, style your porch, and come back after Thanksgiving to remove it. With drop-off we deliver the same pumpkins, mums and hay to your door and you take it from there. Drop-off does not include removal. If you change your mind later, we can come get it for $100.
When do you come?
Installed within 48 hours of booking, or pick your week. Book the next available spot and we text you a time window. Pick a later week and we email you the day before with a time. Weeks fill first come, first served.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine. If the weather is bad, we move you to the next dry day that week. We email you first.
Will the pumpkins rot?
Whole pumpkins last six to ten weeks in our fall weather. We pick firm ones. If one goes soft, let us know and we swap it.
Do you carve them?
No. Carved pumpkins last days. Whole pumpkins last through Thanksgiving.
Can I pick colors?
Yes. Tell us if you want more white or more orange. We use what the farms have that week.
When do you take it away?
We remove everything the week of November 30 through December 6. We email you the day before with a time. If you want it gone earlier, tell us when you book and we will work it out.
Where do the pumpkins come from?
Pumpkins and mums from local Lancaster County farms.
What happens to the pumpkins?
